Description:

   This update fixes the following issues:

   prometheus-blackbox_exporter:

   - Provide 'prometheus-blackbox_exporter' version 0.19.0 (jsc#SLE-22351)
   - Use '%set_permissions' and '%verify_permissions' for SUSE Linux
     Enterprise 12 (bsc#1191194)
   - Set 'CAP_NET_RAW' capability to allow ICMP requests

   grafana:

   - Add URL to package source code in the login page footer

   spacecmd:

   - Update translation strings

   spacewalk-client-tools:

   - Update translation strings

   zypp-plugin-spacewalk:

   - Use proxy configured in 'up2date' config when it is defined
   - Added RHEL8 build.
