Description:

   This update for release-notes-sles fixes the following issues:

   - Added back OpenLDAP note from SLES 15 GA (jsc#SLE-16552)
   - Added note about update of golang-packaging package (jsc#SLE-12475)
   - Fixed link to 'seccheck' documentation (bsc#1180078)
