Description:

   This update for dpdk provides the following fixes:

   - Fix a syntax error affecting csh environment configuration. (bsc#1102310)
   - Fix a broken library reference in pmd drivers. (bsc#1099951)
   - rebuilt with new signing key. (bsc#1174543)
