Description:

   This update for ses-manual_en fixes the following issues:

   - Added hints on disabling insecure clients
   - Used 'ceph-volume' to zap disk before OSD deployment (bsc#1171887)
   - backported CephFS limitation from SES 7
   - Added rgw_s3_auth_use_ldap option description
   - Added all recent Ceph maintenance updates
   - Updated DB volume requirements (bsc#1181369)
