   An update that has two recommended fixes can now be
   installed.

Description:


   This update for python-Cython fixes the following issue:

   - python-Cython had a lower release number in 15 sp2 and sp3 than in 15
     sp1, which could lead to migration issues. (bsc#1186642 bsc#1187450)
