Description:

   This update for ceph-salt fixes the following issues:

   - Added support for Salt 3002 (bsc#1181611)
   - Added missing man page (bsc#1177139)
   - config_shell: remove 0-length prefs.bin before init and handle init
     failure (bsc#1179697)
