   An update that has three recommended fixes can now be
   installed.

Description:

   This update for cloud-regionsrv-client fixes the following issues:

   - Added a fix when the zypper lock is acquired by another process. In that
     case cloud-regionsrv-client will now wait up to 30 seconds for that lock
     to be freed (bsc#1182779, bsc#1185234, bsc#1185198)
