Description:

   This update for prometheus-ha_cluster_exporter fixes the following issues:

   - Add parsing of the `crm_config` node in the CIB parser.
   - Update the minimum required Go version to 1.14.
   - Avoid duplicate metric recording errors for non-running OCFS resources.
