   - Preserve the LABEL= setting when the grub config file is re-generated.
     (bsc#1197616)
   - Add ensure empty tmpdirs option for OCI containers. (bsc#1197783)
   - Set /.snapshots subvolume to mode 0700 (bsc#1194992)
