Description:

   This update for cloud-regionsrv-client fixes the following issues:

   - Update to version 10.0.0 (bsc#1195414, bsc#1195564)
     - Refactor removes 'check_registration()' function in utils
       implementation
     - Only start the registration service for PAYG images
     - 'addon-azure' sub-package to version 1.0.1

   - Follow up changes to (jsc#PCT-130, bsc#1182026)
     - Fix executable name for AHB service/timer
     - Update manpage for BYOS instance registration
