   An update that has four recommended fixes can now be
   installed.

Description:

   This update for python36 fixes the following issues:

   - Removed unnecessary shebangs from from non executable scripts
     (bsc#1193179, bsc#1192249)
   - Python 3.6 needs to be built against openssl 1.1 because incompatible
     with openssl 3.0+ (bsc#1190566)
   - Removed build support for obsolete stropts.h (bsc#1187338)
