   An update that has two recommended fixes can now be
   installed.

Description:

   This update for s390-tools fixes the following issues:

   - Fixed an issue when the required data is not collected during run of
     'dbginfo.sh' (bsc#1193462)
   - Replace problematic commands with additional ones in 'dbginfo.sh'
     (bsc#1193462)
   - Added  fixes to 'dbginfo.sh' for stabilzation of data collection
     (bsc#1193461)
