Description:

   This feature update for ssh-import-id fixes the following issues:

   - Fix for unavailable python-distro package on SLE-12
   - Resolve distribution detection on older platforms (bsc#1194137)
   - Support importing public ssh keys from GitHub (jsc#SLE-20868,
     bsc#1154502)
