Description:

   This update for s390-tools fixes the following issues:

   - Fix ziomon throughput calculation. Use time interval, during which read
     and write requests were started and finished, for calculation of
     throughput of zfcp adapter instead of d2c time of read and write
     requests (bsc#1196439)
