This update for rpmlint fixes the following issues:
- Add tukitd dbus whitelist (bsc#1196149)
- Add kpmcore whitelisting (bsc#1178848).
- Add whitelisting for NetworkManager nm-priv helper for SLE-15-SP4
(bsc#1194799).
