Description:
This update for chrony fixes the following issues:
- Disable "ntsdumpdir" in default config, because augeas-lenses cannot
parse it during installation of SUSE Linux Enterprise Micro 5.1 and
openSUSE Leap 15.3 (bsc#1194220).
