   - fix(dracut-install): copy files preserving ownership attributes
     (bsc#1197967)
   - fix(dracut-systemd): do not require vconsole-setup.service (bsc#1195508)
   - fix(dracut-functions.sh): ip route parsing (bsc#1195011)
