Description:

   This feature update for powerpc-utils fixes the following issues:

   Version update from 1.3.9 to 1.3.10 (jsc#PED-1946):

   - Fix `lsslot -c mem` output when LMB size is set to 4GB (bsc#1202777)
   - ppc64_cpu: Add support to parse PAPR information for energy and

   - powerpc-utils: Enhance error message when `lparstat -E` fails on max
