Description:

   This update for PackageKit fixes the following issues:

   - Ensure that package locks are honored (bsc#1199895):
     * Avoid clearing status information on locked packages
     * Check if packages are locked before attempting to remove them
     * Don't refresh repos before searching
     * Updatelibzypp dependency version to 17.31.0
     * Restore pool status after simulating an update

   - Add repository data in the package id (bsc#1202585)
   - Implement upgrade-system method in openSUSE Leap (not supported in SUSE
     Linux Enterprise)
