   This update for python-urlgrabber fixes the following issues:

   - Avoid crashing when setting URLGRABBER_DEBUG=1 environment variable
   - Incorporate latest changes for the fix of wrong logic on find_proxy
     method causing proxy not being used (bsc#1201788)
