Description:

   This update for open-iscsi fixes the following issues:

   - Set the systemd unit files as non executable. (bsc#1200570)
   - For openSUSE Tumbleweed, moved logrotate files from user-specific
     directory `/etc/logrotate.d` to vendor-specific `/usr/etc/logrotate.d`
