An update that contains one feature and has two recommended fixes can now be

## Description:

This update for strongswan fixes the following issues:

strongswan was updated to version 5.9.11 (jsc#PED-4589)

  * Removed Marvell auth-els patch that caused stability issues (bsc#1211715)
  * Fixed strongswan fails IPSEC IKEv2 test related to the USGv6 certification
    (bsc#1211711)

  * Version 5.9.11 changelog:
