## Description:

This update for strongswan fixes the following issues:

  * Updated to version 5.9.11 (jsc#PED-4589)
  * Removed auth-els patch (bsc#1211715)
  * Fixed strongswan failing IPSEC IKEv2 test related to the USGv6 certification
    (bsc#1211711)
