An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for cloud-regionsrv-client fixes the following issues:

  * Update to version 10.1.5 (bsc#1217583)
  * Fix fallback path when IPv6 network path is not usable
  * Enable an IPv6 fallback path in IMDS access if it cannot be accessed over
    IPv4
  * Enable IMDS access over IPv6

  * Update to version 10.1.4 (bsc#1217451)

  * Fetch cert for new update server during failover
