An update that can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for python-shaptools and salt-shaptools fixes the following issues:

  * python-shaptools Version 0.3.13: Add HANA add_hosts feature Forces Instance
    nr always with 2 positions filled with 0 Forces right formatting on HANA OS
    admin user.

  * salt-shaptools Version 0.3.17: Add HANA add_hosts feature Workaround to
    detect aws cloud_provider Do not raise exception on empty HANA query results
    Add module query to HANA Fix typo to fix uninstalled state Add cluster init
    support for OCFS2 device qdevice support: it can be created when
    initializing a cluster
