An update that contains one feature and has two recommended fixes can now be

## Description:

This update for hwloc fixes the following issues:

  * Remove header files for feature we don't ship (jsc#PED-4156)
  * Remove libXNVCtrl (bsc#1207545)
  * Update to version 2.9.0
