An update that contains two features can now be installed.

## Description:

Initial release of bpftool:

  * Initial release (jsc#PED-3924) bpftool allows for inspection and simple
    modification of BPF objects on the system.

## Patch Instructions:

To install this SUSE Important update use the SUSE recommended installation
methods like YaST online_update or "zypper patch".  
Alternatively you can run the command listed for your product:
