An update that contains three features can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for libpulp-load-default fixes the following issues:

Installing this package enables live patching all processes by preloading
libpulp into all processes (jsc#PED-3867, jsc#PED-2877, jsc#PED-3790).

## Patch Instructions:

To install this SUSE Moderate update use the SUSE recommended installation
methods like YaST online_update or "zypper patch".  
Alternatively you can run the command listed for your product:
