An update that has two recommended fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for microos-tools fixes the following issues:

  * Update to version 2.18
  * Add TMPDIR to tukit binddirs for Salt (bsc#1211356, bsc#1205011)
  * 98selinux-microos: Add chroot as dependency
  * Fix spelling error in warning
