An update that has two recommended fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for sapstartsrv-resource-agents fixes the following issues:

  * Version bump to 0.9.2
  * Prevent systemd service race between sapping and sappong during system boot.
    (bsc#1207138)
  * Fix a problem of monitor/probe operation to detect a running sapstartsrv
    process. (bsc#1210790)
