An update that has two recommended fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for pdsh fixes the following issues:

  * Fix slurm plugin: make sure slurm_init() is called before using the Slurm
    API (bsc#1209216)
  * Fix building issues with Slurm 23.02 (bsc#1208846)
