An update that has three recommended fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for crmsh fixes the following issues:

  * Fix crmsh's help taking a long time to load and parse crm.8.adoc
    (bsc#1210198)
  * Fix cibconfig to use any existing rsc_defaults set rather than create
    duplicates (bsc#1210614)
  * Fix crm report to not fail if there are offline nodes (bsc#1209480)
