## Description:

This update for gnu-compilers-hpc fixes the following issues:

  * Implemented Environment Module Files for the GNU Compiler Toolchain version
    13. To use the gcc/g++/gfortran version 13 thru HPC environment modules
    `gnu13-compilers-hpc` (runtime) and `gnu13-compilers-hpc-devel` (build time,
    including compilers) are now available.
