An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for suse-module-tools fixes the following issues:

  * Update to version 15.4.17:
  * cert-script: warn only once about non-writable efivarfs
  * cert-script: skip cert handling if efivarfs is not writable (bsc#1213428,
    bsc#1201066)
