An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for mlocate fixes the following issues:

  * Set umask 0022 before running /usr/bin/updatedb to avoid permission denied
    error (bsc#1209409)
  * Remove ProtectKernelModules from systemd unit to make it visible for locate
    (bsc#1207884)
