An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for libnvme, nvme-cli fixes the following issues:

  * Update to version 1.4+29.ga3cf0a
  * Fix segfault in nvme_scan_subsystem() (bsc#1213993)
  * Fix segfault converting NULL to JSON string (bsc#1213762)
