An update that contains one feature can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for libfido2 fixes the following issues:

  * Use openssl 1.1 still on SUSE Linux Enterprise 15 to avoid pulling unneeded
    openssl-3 dependency. (jsc#PED-4521)
