An update that contains one feature and has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for net-snmp fixes the following issues:

  * Decouple snmp-mibs from net-snmp version to allow major version upgrade
    (bsc#1196955, jira#PED-6443).
  * Changed logrotate postrotate scripts to use systemd commands (bsc#1213387).
