An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for squidGuard fixes the following issues:

  * Install license correctly
  * Use "su" directive in logrotate conf file (bsc#1104856)
  * Set user write permissions on /var/lib/squidGuard/db/blacklist (bsc#1140722)
  * Get rid of SysV init call in postrotate script
