## Description:

This update for lifecycle-data-sle-module-development-tools fixes the following
issues:

  * added go1.19 eol dates (bsc#1222046)
  * added rust1.73, 74 and 75 EOL dates (rust1.n+2 release + 1 week)
    (bsc#1222046)
  * also added for cargo1.7x
