## Description:

This update for fence-agents fixes the following issue:

  * Azure - Fence agent stopped working after installing python-azure-
    core-1.23.1-2.12.8 - Error: Azure Resource Manager Python SDK not found or
    not accessible - SFSC 01532079 (bsc#1226671)
  * Applied modified upstream patch
