An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for pacemaker fixes the following issues:

  * tools: CIB clients retry signon upon an EAGAIN error (bsc#1224183)
  * libcib: new function cib__signon_attempts() (bsc#1224183)
  * libstonithd: prevent to free 'op_reply' repeatedly in 'stonith_send_command'
  * tools: make crm_mon exit upon loss of the attached pseudo-terminal
    (bsc#1220229)
  * libcib: Don't incorrectly expand "++" and "+=" in XML attr values
  * libpacemaker: pcmk__inject_failcount should set an integer value
  * scheduler: log unknown nodes in location constraints
  * scheduler: correct lifetime deprecation warning
  * scheduler: deprecate support for default instance attributes
  * scheduler: use default timeout (20s) if user configures 0
