An update that has three fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for suse-module-tools fixes the following issues:

  * Include unblacklist in initramfs (bsc#1224320)
  * regenerate-initrd-posttrans: run update-bootloader --refresh for XEN
    (bsc#1223278)
  * 60-io-scheduler.rules: test for "scheduler" sysfs attribute (bsc#1216717)
