An update that has four fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for sap-installation-wizard fixes the following issues:

  * Fix nil:NilClass fails when installing SPS05rev59 on ppc64le (bsc#1221907)
  * BusinessOne installer:
  * Adapt installed services
  * Use hostname as local address
  * Implementing selecting SAP HANA XS Routing Mode (bsc#1216648)
  * Remove deprecated MDC stuff (bsc#1083546)
  * Fix SAP Business One storage configuration for Fujitsu server (bsc#1218918)
