An update that has one fix can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for nfs-utils fixes the following issues:

  * Include source for libnfsidmap 0.26 and build that. This is needed for
    compatability with SLE15-SP5 and earlier.
  * Copied from old nfsidmap package (bsc#1228159).
