## Description:

This update for picocli fixes the following issues:

picocli was updated from version 4.7.5 to 4.7.6:

  * Improved property loading and logging.
  * Fixed bugs related to default values, null pointer exceptions, optional
    arguments, mixins, and custom type converters.
  * Clarified documentation for negatable options and exception handling.
  * The binaries are compatible with java 1.8
