An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for systemd fixes the following issues:

  * udev: skipping empty udev rules file while collecting the stats
    (bsc#1232844)
  * Clean up some remnants from when homed was in the experimental sub-package
    (bsc#1231048)
