## Description:

This update for libzypp fixes the following issues:

NOTE: This update was retracted because it broke functionality of the new CDN.

  * Url query part: `=` is a safe char in value (bsc#1234304) Some CDN auth
    token implementations require a `=` within the query parameters value not to
    be %-encoded.
