An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for yast2-packager fixes the following issues:

  * After installation disable the empty installation repository from the SLE15
    Online medium (bsc#1182303)
  * Aditional fixes to avoid Yast failures in SLE 15 SP5 Maintenance updates
    (bsc#1219174)
