An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for ntp fixes the following issues:

  * bsc#1215801: Use system-supplied libevent instead of local copy.
  * bsc#1217127: [EAR - NOT FOR USA Citizens] sntp -d ip crashes.
